Treating patients remotely?

Sample collection kits can be sent directly to patients and Tempus can guide your patients through the sample collection process. Our pharmacogenomic test can help optimize medication and dose selection, while Tempus PRO™ can help monitor your patient’s response to treatment remotely.

How it works

All Tempus tests must be ordered by a healthcare provider. Collection kits to obtain a buccal swab sample can be sent to your clinic or can be shipped directly to your patients. Our kits include easy-to-follow instructions and packaging for convenient and fast shipping to our lab.

Your DNA is complicated. Paying for DNA testing doesn’t have to be.

To ensure transparency, Tempus performs a benefits check and contacts your patient if we expect your patient’s out-of-pocket cost to exceed $295. We believe cost should never prevent patients from receiving the medical care they need, and we want patients to feel comfortable knowing what they will owe. As a result, Tempus offers several different payment options that patients can choose from depending on their insurance status.
